Montessori Preschool & Childcare

I’m Ankita Bansal, founder and lead teacher of Little Pioneers Montessori.

My journey into early childhood education began with my own children. As a mother of two, I came to understand how deeply a child’s confidence, independence, and happiness are shaped by the people and environment surrounding them.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, but connecting with people has always been closest to my heart.

Before starting Little Pioneers, I spent three years working in a licensed Montessori school. That experience gave me the opportunity to see Montessori education come alive every day, watching children grow more independent, curious, and confident when they are trusted, gently guided, and given the freedom to learn at their own pace.

Little Pioneers grew from my desire to create a smaller, more personal learning environment, one where I can truly know each child, understand their needs, celebrate their progress, and make them feel at home.

For me, Little Pioneers is more than a school. It is a little community created with the same patience, warmth, and care I would want surrounding my own children.
